The European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) is an impact-investment fund that promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth by improving access to responsible finance for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. It works through local financial institutions, including banks, leasing companies, and microfinance organisations.
