Job Responsibilities

  • Organize the state registration of leased assets in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Collect the required information on construction and agricultural machinery subject to registration and prepare the relevant documentation packages.
  • Maintain records of machinery registered by the Company.
  • Arrange the issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
  • Present insurance products, terms, and rates.
  • Prepare and provide the documentation required for the transfer of ownership/name change of registered construction and agricultural machinery.
  • Ensure coordinated and effective cooperation between the department and other units of the Company.
  • Submit proposals aimed at improving the Company’s operations, internal regulations, and work organization.
  • Perform assignments given by the Chief Executive Officer and the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics or exact sciences.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the banking legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and Russian.

Job Responsibilities

  • Continuously update the database of partner organizations and funding institutions.
  • Prepare periodic and other required reports for funding institutions.
  • Establish and develop new relationships with funding institutions and build new partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit various applications to international funds and financial institutions.
  • Collect the documentation required for ongoing monitoring, review reports, and submit the necessary information.
  • Prepare reports for internal users in accordance with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and experience working with funding institutions.
  • Previous work experience in the financial and banking sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and AS-Bank software.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
