Partners Invest LLC was established in 2019 and is the sole shareholder of Armenian Leasing Company UCO CJSC for 100%.

The company provides consulting services in the financial sector, supporting the implementation and development of leasing as a standalone business line. Its consulting activities include the development of leasing products, the establishment of specialized units and operational systems, the improvement of business processes, and the development of solutions aimed at the institutional advancement of financial organizations.

The company’s experience includes consulting projects focused on the full or partial implementation and development of leasing business lines for financial organizations operating in Armenia and international markets.

As the sole shareholder of Armleasing, Partners Invest LLC supports the company’s strategic development, the strengthening of its corporate governance, and the introduction of new financial solutions.
