The process of accepting, discussing and making decisions of our customers' complaints and claims is regulated by the "Procedure for discussion of customers' complaints, claims, opinions and suggestions" approved by "Armenian Leasing Company" UCO CJSC.
Your rights can be protected both in court and through the Financial System Mediator. Claims to be considered by the Financial System Mediator are the claims filled by an individuals or legal entities against us, related to our services, containing a property claim not exceeding AMD 10 million or its equivalent in foreign currency. You can get acquainted with the activities of the Financial System Mediator in detail on the official website www.fsm.am.
• Every person has the right to receive copies of the information on "Armenian Leasing Company" UCO CJSC as defined in Article 14, Part 3 of the RA Law on Credit Organizations (the law can be found at the website of the Central Bank of Armenia www.cba.am):
• The Company provides the above information within 5 (five) business days after receiving a written application. The written application can be submitted in the following forms: by hand at the Company's office, by e-mail to [email protected] or per post to "Armenian Leasing Company" UCO CJSC, RA, c. Yerevan, V. Vagharshyan 12/11.
