Armenian Leasing Company and ID Bank signed a collaboration agreement, by which։
1. "Armleasing" will provide specialized leasing services to customers offered by IDBank. This means that in addition to the leasing services, customers will receive other financial, non-financial services, including consulting.
2. Armleasing will finance leasing transactions both by own funds and will receive funding from ID Bank (interbank loan or credit line) to finance projects.
3. Financing projects will be implemented, which will combine the strengths of the two companies in the market, providing special offers to the customers on the principle of co-financing.
4. Customers of Armleasing will be approached individually by ID Bank
According to ID Bank Corporate Business Director Tigran Mkhitaryan, the collaboration with Armleasing will allow the Bank's customers to use leasing services, and Armleasing's customers will use credit resources.
According to Chief Executive Officer of Armenian Leasing Company CJSC Arsen Bazikyan, such a format of provision of services brings to a new level the collaboration between financial institutions, from which the market will benefit.
