On March 3, "Armenian Leasing Company" UCO CJSC, represented by the Chief Executive Officer Arsen Bazikyan, and "Armswissbank" CJSC, represented by the Executive Director, George Machanyan, signed a collaboration agreement.
The parties agreed to collaborate in the provision of financial services, which will include the following three main areas:
1. "Armleasing" will provide specialized leasing services to the clients of` "Armswissbank", and the service may include the service of the leasing process itself, as well as other financial and non-financial services, such as consulting, use of bank letters of credit, guarantees.
2. "Armleasing" will finance leasing transactions both with its own funds and will receive funds from "Armswissbank" (interbank loan or credit line) to finance projects.
3. Financing projects will be implemented on the principle of co-financing by two financial institutions, taking into account the strengths of the two companies in the market, positioning, as well as the possibility of providing special offers.
As the General Director of "Armswissbank" CJSC Mr. G. Machanyan mentioned, both the parties of this contract will benefit from the collaboration, as well as the customers and suppliers of the leasing market, who will receive more flexible and profitable financial solutions.

Bazikyan also mentioned, that it is a new format of collaboration, which has no precedent in the Armenian financial market, and the main principle of which is not the competition, but effective collaboration combining the advantages of the two structures.
