"Armenian Leasing Company" universal credit organization was established in September 2019 by the decision of the Founding Meeting of the Shareholder and was registrated on October 11 of the same year, receiving the license of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia and the registration certificate.
The only shareholder of the company is "PARTNERS INVEST" LLC, which founders are RA citizens Artashes Hakobyan and Arsen Bazikyan.
From the beginning, the company's activities were aimed at financing various sectors of the Armenian economy, especially, agriculture.
The prerequisites for the establishment of the company were the existence of an obsolete tractors and machines inherited from the Soviet times and the low level of medium-term and long-term financing for the acquisition of fixed assets, the absence of pledges during the lending of fixed assets, equipping economic entities with industrial resources.
The ideas to create and develop leasing products such as leasing of fixed assets, consumer leasing, Armenian lease, leasing of renewable energy equipment using the solar energy, leasing of energy-saving and resource-saving equipment, also the ideas of investing the eco leasing sub-brand, express car leasing, start-up leasing were born based on accumulated experience, during work processes and are called to improve the quality and flexibility of service.
